J5 Films is a trade name of J5 Enterprises LLC, based in Franklin, Tennessee. This policy
explains what we collect through j5-films.com, why, and what we do with it. We've tried to write it in plain English.

WHAT WE COLLECT

Information you give us. When you fill in a contact form, request a quote, book a consultation, or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect what you enter — typically your name, email address, phone number, company, and details about your project.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours collects standard technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and how you arrived. This comes from our website platform's built-in analytics.

Cookies. Our site uses cookies for basic functionality and analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work properly if you do.

WHAT WE DO WITH IT

We use your information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes and proposals, deliver services you've engaged us for, send our newsletter if you subscribed, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We do not sell your personal information. We have never done so and have no plans to.

WHO ELSE SEES IT

We use third-party services to run our business, and your information passes through them:

- Wix — our website host and form provider
- Email and scheduling tools we use to communicate and book calls
- Payment and invoicing providers, if you become a client

Each has its own privacy policy. We share information with them only as needed to operate. We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our legal rights.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

Enquiries are kept as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterward in case you come back to us. Client records are retained as long as required for business and tax purposes. Newsletter subscribers are kept until you unsubscribe.

YOUR CHOICES

You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link in any email.

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email aj@j5-films.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it.

CHILDREN

Our site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

SECURITY

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No website or internet transmission is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

FOOTAGE AND LIKENESS

If you appear in video or photography we produce, its use is governed by the release or
production agreement signed for that project, not by this policy.

CHANGES

We'll update this page if our practices change, and revise the date at the top.
